Referee Required Gear & Equipment:
All referees are required to wear official referee gear and have the appropriate equipment for each match. Referees are required to know the laws of the game for soccer and futsal as well as know tournament rules and league rules for each competition type. Referees must have, but not limited to:
1) Official match attire/uniform
2) At least two different uniform top colors
3) Black socks
4) Black cleats, soft sole shoes (futsal), or black turf shoes
5) Whistle
6) Stop watch
7) Pencil, paper, yellow card, red card
8) Email address to communicate with referee assignor

Compensation:
Recreational Refereeing: Email the score from your game to and you will be paid via registrar@fcriverrvalley.com Venmo.
Arkansas Soccer Association League Games (Competitive): Will be paid on the field by the teams.
Competitive Friendlies: Will be paid on the field by the teams.
